Tom,
I'm so glad you like the recipe. The seeds sound like a great addition.
Did you get a crisper crust with the water spraying?

Great bread. I baked this bread twice. The first time I followed your recipe and the bread was good. The second time I added roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds. I did not dust the loafs with flour. I sprayed the oven floor and walls before putting the loafs in the oven and again after 20 min. This gave a more golden loaf.

Baked these loafs for the first time yesterday. The smell and taste of the bread is GREAT! I baked 2 loafs as directed and 2 loafs as directed plus I sprayed the oven with water before baking and again half way in the baking time.

Oh, how I miss that homemade bread. Nothing beats the smell of it coming out of the oven, it is instant warmth walking in from a cold day. Eating slice after slice fresh out of the oven on a winter evening is the stuff my dreams are made of....
